Thanks for reporting! We have created a work order for this issue. Staff will inspect the tree to determine if there is a hazard to the asset in question. If there is, they will trim the tree to alleviate the hazard and we will Close this issue.
All other trimming must be done by the property owner by filling out a permit for trimming/removal (http://bit.ly/1xFAsJj) and bringing it to the Central Permit Center for review and acceptance.
