I agree. What ever happened to properly trimming the bushes and trees? People bought houses out here, and people come out here walking because it has a nice view- not to look at overgrown landscaping. Cabana Isle HOA used to control their landcaping but ever since forced to pay the city to do this it has been all down hill.

If this area could also be inspected for OVERGROWN unkempt bushes on Catalina Circle? This used to look very nice out here.

I am rebooting this as I have talked to both Sean A and Jason shortly after this. I have made numerous complaint and see virtually no results. Our LMD near my residence by what used to be an open field between Catalina Circl and the Fencing designating the wetlands area is now so overgrown it's become a jungle. I am particularly concerned because, outside of the obvious FIRE danger, I just observed a local hobo who was recently removed from the 440 block of Meadows, cruising this exact area looking for a new spot to set up camp.

I was told over 2 months ago that my area should be address with 1 month, hopefully within 2 weeks.. Again, over 2 months ago. We HOA members on Catalina Circle pay both HOA fees and aproximately $15,000 to the city LMD- for NOTHING.

As one might guess, I am doing this to further document the disgraceful lack of follow up by the LMD.
