Not sure if posting license plate is ok since its been transferred to a code issue for being on private property. I'd like to think that the owner wouldn't allow someone to live in an RV on their property without occupying the main home. Maybe they're allowing this, maybe they're not. Take note of the RV in the pic and if they move on, they weren't welcome here to begin with
