This is not my first reporting of the deplorable conditions around Catalina Circle. Some efforts have been made to add new plantings;however very little has been done to maintain older plants. Plus weeds are overcoming the new plantings, There are so many dead bushes and weeds that the area is looking like no one is caring for the appearance of the area where many people walk. Please get some people out here and groom the area as it needs to be.
