Homeless woman and possibly others still living in their van parked on Aden Street, directly on the side of 38 Parrott Street. This vehicle has been parked in this same spot for almost two (2) months.

The smell of urine & feces is becoming worse and residents are complaining.

A multitude of garbage & debri is building up around and under the vehicle.

PLEASE TAKE ACTION ASAP...THIS IS THE 2nd POST FOR THIS ISSUE!!!
