12 bags of leaves were gathered up by either Caltrans or Oakland city and left on the sidewalk at the corner of MacArthur Boulevard and Lake Park over nine days ago. Please complete the weed abatement and remove bags of leaves. In addition the ivy covered fence on the sidewalk for the entire length of MacArthur to Wesley needs to be removed the sidewalk has become half the normal with due to overgrowth
