Deskripsyon

Big elevation change from concrete to asphalt on the sidewalk side of freeway overpass from MacArthur to Lakeshore. Also the trees above are covering the top of the fence so street lights do not light up the area at night. It is very unsafe for tripping and crime vulnerability.
