Homeless woman has been parked on Aden Street for over one (1) month. Woman has now began to illegally dump their trash in our private parking lots off Aden Street. Today, our Maintenance crew witnessed the woman carry two (2) large green bags to Parking Lot #10. When Maintenance inspected the area after, the green bags were discovered behind the fence in our private parking lot. The woman is described as a light-skinned African American woman, mid to late 20's and is about 5'1" or 5'2" in height.

* Residents have reported three (3) different Hispanic men seen entering and exiting this trailer, more-so in the evening time.
* Residents also report they think the men are living inside the trailer and are drug users.

Illegal dumping discovered this morning on Woodall Street directly next to 219 Rodgers Street.

Homeless Man...African American, dark complexion around 6'1" has broken into this abandoned vehicle within the last 2 months and is living in the vehicle.

Homeless man has broken into vehicle and has been sleeping in vehicle for the past 2 months. This man is an African American, dark complexion and is about 6'1" tall.

Within the last two (2) months an African American male, dark complexion, about 6'1" in height has broken into an ABANDONED VEHICLE located directly in front of 17 Rodgers Street and is now living in the vehicle. This man looks like he is on drugs and has been littering on the street in front of the homes and the park across the street. There is sometimes a small gathering of other men occasionally at this vehicle as well with the man. We have had multiple residents call in and report this man within the last 3 weeks as well. This vehicle has been parked in the same spot for over 3 weeks. Reports are the vehicle belongs to the tenants at 18 Selfridge Street; the vehicle is non-operable; and the older male tenant at 18 Selfridge has been seen working on this vehicle.

This vehicle was dropped off the evening of 8/17/17 by an unknown tow truck. Several reports have been called into our HOA office regarding this vehicle. Owner is unknown and information is unknown if owner is a resident in the area. Vehicle is an "eyesore" and needs to be removed immediately.

White/Brown Monaco RV Trailer; CA Plate #829 ZQ0 exp. 6/2017. This RV has been parked across the street from 18 Selfridge for at least 3 weeks. Homeless Individuals living inside RV are associated with tenants at 18 Selfridge Street. It has been reported by Homeowners and other residents that there is possible illegal activity taking place inside this RV. Possible drug dealing, drug use, and other illegal activity.

A huge tree branch from a tree planted on Highway 37 has fallen into the front yard of 351 Rodgers Street. There is fence damage to the shared fence between the unit and the highway. There is also other tree branches that have fallen into the backyard area as well. Hillcrest Park Homeowners Association oversees the unit and Common Area surrounding the unit. The maintenance team has already chopped up some of the tree debri due to it blocking the walkway and door entry into the unit. Please assign this issue to the appropriate department to be addressed immediately. Also, please have a point of contact communicate to Hillcrest Park Homeowners Association as to when the tree debri will be removed.

Abandoned vehicle on jacks has been sitting for about a week on Benson Avenue, directly on the side of 101 Rodgers Street. The vehicle is also parked farther out into the street which could cause a vehicle accident. This is also a danger to kids that live in the neighborhood. Vehicle owner is unknown and also unknown if vehicle is stolen.

Resident/homeowner has reported to our HOA office there is a pothole directly in front of his unit on the street that has gradually become larger. There is also big chunks of pavement that have become loose in the street which could cause an accident, damage to vehicles, but ultimately become a liability.
