OK...Now we have gone 60 days without resolution. The POT HOLE guy couldn't care less...Wake county too busy...guess I need to climb up the pole and fix it myself.
This process is obviously useless. This issue was reported 5 months ago and no action what so ever is indicated. This is a minor issue of a safety nature and therefore provides no urgency unless someone is injured or worse due to the outage of the street light.
This street light was finally fixed...but no thanks to this site since it took an employee of Duke Power/Progress Energy to make one simple call an it was fixed within a week. Using this site is a wast of time, energy, and internet band width. It will be the last time I use this pitiful site for anything other that a quick reference on how NOT to get something done.
