Approx 20 shopping carts left by squatters AGAIN!!!! Since they don't work it would be considerate to rewturn carts where they were obtained!!

WE NEED HELP REGARDING THE HOMELESS POPULATION THAT IS SURROUNDING OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. SHOPPING CART SOFTWARE ARE OUT OF CONTROL, AND SO ARE.RHE HOMELESS BY THE RAILROAD TRACKS ON LEWIS BROWN RD.
