WE NEED HELP REGARDING THE HOMELESS POPULATION THAT IS SURROUNDING OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. SHOPPING CART SOFTWARE ARE OUT OF CONTROL, AND SO ARE.RHE HOMELESS BY THE RAILROAD TRACKS ON LEWIS BROWN RD.
