Graffiti has been sprayed beginning in the parking lot on the trash cans to on the asphalt walkway to the right as you onto the left from parking lot all the way to the river on the large rocks in picnic circles and on the trees.

Received this letter regarding graffiti who has auto license as well.
I contacted Graffiti hotline but just witnessed gang members at NVLA school spraying over a small tag of rival gang on school sign, right at front entrance. I got the license plate 5ZQE126, gray/silver compact older Chevy. I took picture of back of car.
Not sure if you know of anyone else to pass this onto.
