Received this letter regarding graffiti who has auto license as well.
I contacted Graffiti hotline but just witnessed gang members at NVLA school spraying over a small tag of rival gang on school sign, right at front entrance. I got the license plate 5ZQE126, gray/silver compact older Chevy. I took picture of back of car.
Not sure if you know of anyone else to pass this onto.
